I made this and the noodles at the same time and honestly thought they went well together. Plus I really wanted protein that meal.
For the stir fry:
- Garlic, minced
- Red chilies, thinly sliced
- Boneless chicken breast, cut into bite sizes
- Fish sauce
- Dark soy sauce
- Basil leaves
Heat the oil in a pan and saute the garlic and chillies until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the chicken and gook until no longer pink.
Add fish sauce, dark soy and sugar to the pan and cook until the slight sauce created is boiling, and the chicken is fully cooked.
Add some of the basil leaves, finely chopped. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with whole basil leaves.
